The artwork titled Monument for a Wullok is a monument to the Sea.
Chef Christophe Snauwaert has imbibed a love of the sea since his childhood, and it is that feeling for the sea that he tries to share in his kitchen. As a North Sea chef, he almost literally has his feet in the sea while cooking, and seeks to acquaint people with both well known and lesser known North Sea creatures.
During your Beaufort walk, why not stop off for lunch at Toi, Moi et la Mer for the Catch of the day. The fishers have carte blanche here to surprise Chef Christophe daily with whatever they have caught. During Beaufort, the lunch is available for € 19.50.
